Saudi Arabia Bans Film "Victims of the Lawful" Starring Moroccan Actress Nisrine Erradi

The audiovisual control body in Saudi Arabia has banned the broadcast of the film "Victims of the Lawful", where Moroccan actress Nisrine Erradi plays the lead role.
The Audio-Visual Authority of the Kingdom has also banned the broadcast of advertisements deemed disrespectful and decided to sanction the production company and the channel.
After viewing the film, the Saudi body indicated in a tweet that the content does not comply with the current ethical rules. In addition, the film would not even have an operating visa.
Broadcast on "Shahid Vip", the pay channel of the Mbc group, the film deals with a "mysiar marriage" where a liberated woman embodied by Nisrine Erradi agrees to marry a young minor. The Moroccan star had been strongly criticized by Internet users for her choice which, according to them, promotes pedophilia.
