Ryanair Flight Diverted to Rabat After Unlit Runway Incident at Tangier Airport

An incident that occurred yesterday at the Tanger airport raises new concerns from passengers. Unhappy, they are asking for a solution to be found quickly to avoid future disappointments.
While a plane from Madrid was supposed to land in Tanger yesterday, Saturday, it was impossible for it to do so due to an unlit runway, reports the local site Tanja24, which specifies that the flight was finally diverted to the Rabat-Salé airport.
Following the incident, the airport management had to reschedule the Madrid-Tanger flight, initially scheduled for 10 p.m., to 1 a.m. The decision of the airport authorities has angered the passengers, especially since very little information has been communicated to the passengers and their families who came to pick them up.
These incidents are unfortunately recurrent in Tanger. Some passengers are demanding immediate improvements to ensure passenger safety and avoid disappointments.
