Royal Moroccan Navy Rescues 50 Migrants Off Nador Coast; 3 Dead

About fifty migrants, all of sub-Saharan origin, were rescued overnight from Sunday to Monday off the city of Nador, according to a military source at the MAP.
These illegal migrants who were trying to reach Spain were in distress on board a deflated inflatable boat, the military source said.
"These candidates for illegal migration, some of whom were in poor health, received the necessary first aid on board the Royal Navy unit, before being brought back to the port of Nador and handed over to the brigade of the Royal Gendarmerie for the usual procedure," it was reported.
According to the same source, three bodies that were also on board were transferred to the morgue of the El Hassani hospital in Nador for autopsy.
