Royal Air Maroc Ranks 97th in Global Airline Survey, Qatar Airways Claims Top Spot

Poor ranking for the Moroccan airline Royal Air Maroc, which ranks 97th in the world’s best airlines according to passengers. In this survey, in which more than 21 million people participated, it is the Qatari company, Qatar Airways, that takes first place, outclassing Singapore Airlines.
Quality of cabin service, quality of the flight (seat comfort, meal quality, choice of audiovisual programs, etc.) then pre- and post-flight experiences (ease of online booking, waiting time, baggage delivery, etc.), The criteria on which 100 airlines were evaluated by the Skytrax Organization, in charge of the ranking.
Thus, Qatar Airways takes first place in the ranking of the 100 best airlines in the world, in place of the 2nd in 2018. This Company, in view of the criteria taken into account, best satisfies its customers. Singapore Airlines and the Japanese company, All Nipon Airlines, are close behind, with Cathay Pacific Airways (Hong Kong), Emirates (Dubai), Eva Air (Taiwan), Hainan Airlines (China), Quantas Airways (Australia), Lufthansa (Germany) and, finally, Thai Airways (Thailand), in the top 10.
As for African airlines, only four are included, namely Ethiopian Airlines (44th), South African Airways (46th), Air Mauritius (61st) and Royal Air Maroc (97th). Ethiopian Airlines, for its part, occupies the 44th place in the world and the 1st in Africa.
Air France, on the other hand, is awarded as the best company in the world for its first class and also for the quality of its meals.
