Royal Air Maroc Resumes One-Way International Flights from Morocco

The national airline Royal Air Maroc (RAM) has put one-way airline tickets on sale from Morocco for Moroccans or holders of tourist visas wishing to travel abroad.
According to sources at RAM and ONDA, people wishing to travel abroad for tourism, professional, medical, or other reasons can purchase tickets for one-way flights departing from Morocco to destinations such as Paris, Barcelona, Madrid, Dakar, or Abidjan on the national airline’s website, reports Le360. Holders of C visas (i.e. short-stay Schengen tourist visas) and Moroccan nationals without a visa can also benefit from this commercial offer.

Those who wish to take return flights will only be able to purchase tickets to destinations such as Portugal, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates, given that the Moroccan authorities have extended the suspension of flights until December 31. On Monday, the Interministerial Committee for Monitoring Covid authorized, exceptionally, passenger flights to the kingdom from these three countries, in order to allow the return to Morocco of Moroccan citizens who actually reside there and who have recently left the national territory.
