Royal Air Maroc: 70% of Discounted Summer Seats Still Available for Moroccan Expats

The national airline Royal Air Maroc announces that 70% of the seats put in place as part of the exceptional device set up in favor of Moroccans living abroad (MREs) during the summer period are still available. The conditions for refunding tickets already purchased, at "normal" rates, before the launch of the operation are specified.
In a press release entitled "clarifications on the facilities provided as part of the exceptional device set up in favor of Moroccans living abroad," RAM provides new details on these provisions. It thus appears that "if the flights on certain dates have been completely saturated, more than 70% of the capacity put in place for the period is still available for sale. We therefore encourage customers to look for alternative dates if they cannot find seats on their initially planned dates," the national airline said.
"Furthermore, Royal Air Maroc would like to remind that all tickets issued up to June 13 benefit, by virtue of their commercial conditions, from the following commercial conditions:
• A refund of the ticket amount in the form of a credit to be used later on Royal Air Maroc flights, valid for 12 months and refundable in cash upon expiration of its validity;
• Or a change of travel date, without penalty. Exceptionally, the validity date can be extended until March 31, 2022 instead of the initially planned October 31, 2021 (a fare difference may be applied).
As for customers who have already benefited from a free date change, they will have the possibility to obtain a second free date change, exceptionally.
Furthermore, customers with a ticket with a free refund option can benefit from the reimbursement of the amount in cash as indicated in the fare conditions of the ticket.
