Royal Air Maroc Achieves 85% Flight Slot Compliance, Maintains 4-Star Skytrax Rating

The level of customer satisfaction with Royal Air Maroc is "positive", according to the Minister of Transport and Logistics, Mohamed Abdeljalil, who said the airline respected 85% of flight slots.
Abdeljalil also noted, during an intervention before parliament, that for the ninth consecutive year, RAM has received the 4-star label from Skytrax and the award for best African regional airline awarded by the same institution.
For the year 2023, the company plans to offer 6.2 million seats serving 90 destinations across four continents. The details of this offer include 2.3 million seats for European flights, corresponding to 900 flights per week between 11 Moroccan airports and 34 European airports, as well as 500,000 seats for the North American market, an increase of 9% compared to summer 2019.
RAM is committed, he said, to the continuous improvement of its services since 2016, recalling that it joined OneWorld, the international airline alliance, in 2020, thus extending its network to more than 600 million travelers. To meet the expectations of its customers, RAM has developed a diversified range of digital services, including its commercial website, a digital application, as well as various communication channels available through its official website, call centers, commercial agencies and the network of travel agencies.
