Retired Teacher Sentenced to 30 Years for Triple Murder in Azrou, Morocco

The criminal chamber of the Meknes Court of Appeal sentenced a retired teacher to thirty years in prison for killing three members of his in-laws’ family.
The retired teacher killed three people and injured five others with a firearm on July 22, 2018, in the rural commune of Tigrigra, located five kilometers from the city of Azrou. He was in a state of intoxication when he committed this murderous madness.
The defendant is said to have had a dispute with members of his in-laws’ family. The tragedy had caused a strong emotion at the time in the entire city and on social networks.
