The Moroccan film world is in mourning. Actor and director Mohamed Atifi died on Thursday evening after a long illness.
The sad news was announced by actor Rachid El Ouali on social media.
The late Mohamed Atifi was very well known in the film industry for having produced and directed many films and series.
Among the series directed by the deceased are "serb lahmam", "Al moustaadafoune" and "al wasiya".
