Real Madrid Loanee Hakimi’s Market Value Soars to €25 Million at Dortmund

Currently on loan to Borussia Dortmund by Real Madrid, Achraf Hakimi has seen his value skyrocket after a breathtaking half-season. Today, he would be worth 25 million euros on the transfer market!
When leaving Real Madrid in July 2018 (on loan) for the Borussia Dortmund club, playing in the Bundesliga, his value was estimated at 7.5 million euros. Now, it’s more than triple what he’s worth, namely 25 million euros, according to the specialized website Transfermarkt. It should be noted that Borussia Dortmund is in first place in the Bundesliga, with 49 points in 20 games played.
Florentino Perez, the president of Real Madrid, is counting on Hakimi to write the history of the club. In a statement to the MAP, he lavished praise on Hakimi: "Achraf is a talented player who had a remarkable World Cup with the Moroccan national team and won several titles, including a Champions League with Real Madrid. We count on him in the future to continue to write the history of our club".
Finally, let’s specify that Hakimi could well return to Real Madrid in 2020. The Borussia Dortmund football director has stated that it will be difficult to keep him due to the great interest of the Madrid club for him. Indeed, Sebastien Kehl, speaking on Sport1, says: "Unfortunately he is on loan for 2 seasons, and it will be difficult for us to keep him after that as Real Madrid is closely following his development".
