Rapper Maître Gims' Partnership Boosts Lamalif Group's Capital to 30 Million Dirhams

A few times after sealing a protocol of agreement with Maître Gims (Friend of King Mohammed VI), aimed at creating the Lamalif Afrique Company, the associates of the Congolese rapper have just increased the share capital of Lamalif Group. It goes from 10 million dirhams to triple.

On April 16, in Marrakech, Maître Gims, singer, and the Lamalif Group, specialized in urban planning, signed a protocol of agreement on the creation of the Lamalif Afrique Group, intended to work and invest in several African countries. Recently, Lamalif Group has increased its share capital from 10 to 30 million dirhams, according to information from the media, Maghreb-Intelligence.

Indeed, this press body writes: "Recently, Moulay Lakbir Alaoui Ismaili and Abderrahim El Allam decided to increase the share capital of their Group from 10 to 30 million dirhams. In social shares, Moulay Lakbir Alaoui Ismaili keeps the lion’s share, with 21 million dirhams".

Colossal urban planning and infrastructure projects would be planned by this Group, which has already started prospecting in many African countries such as Côte d’Ivoire. Last April, the company reported partnerships already concluded with several countries including Mali, Chad, Senegal and, again, Côte d’Ivoire. Gims then said: "With Lamalif Afrique, innovative projects will see the light of day with the expertise of Lamalif Group and young African skills. It is a question of setting up modern cities at the forefront of new technology and training young Africans and ensuring them employment in their countries of origin".
