Rapper Gims Unveils $100 Million Luxury Villa Project in Marrakech

Congolese rapper Gims is preparing to launch a luxury real estate project called Sunset Village Private Residences in Marrakech.
Carried out in partnership with Horizon Development, this ambitious project consists of the creation of a city of 121 luxury villas built on a 13-hectare site, located on the Amizmiz road, only ten minutes by car from the city center of Marrakech. The project will require an investment of one billion dirhams (about $100 million USD).
Sunset Village Private Residences Marrakesh is designed to redefine luxury in the ochre city. The project plans to build a private beach, a first in Morocco. Each villa will offer breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains.
"This project is my way of giving back to a city that has given me so much. With the support and friendship of King Mohammed VI and the Moroccan people, I am delighted to contribute to the international appeal and dynamic growth of Marrakech," said Gims, who fell in love with the ochre city after visiting it for the first time in 2009. "Marrakech has been my sanctuary for over a decade," he added.
