Rapper Gims’ $90 Million Luxury Villa Project Advances in Marrakech

The "Sunset Village Private Residences", Gims’ luxury real estate project in Marrakech, is progressing at a good pace, after the Congolese rapper obtained all the necessary authorizations.
Costing one billion dirhams (about 90 million euros), this project consists of the creation of a city of 118 luxury villas built on a 13-hectare site, located on the road to Amizmiz, not far from the Agafay desert and only ten minutes by car from the center of Marrakech.
The first hundred villas, equipped with a private pool and offering a breathtaking view of the Atlas mountains, should be delivered by 2026. Each villa will be built on an area of 400 to 1,200 square meters, and will be sold at a price between 5 and 10 million dirhams (500,000 to 1,000,000 euros).
Gims had presented his "Sunset Village Private Residences" luxury project last June, during a ceremony organized at the Salman Marrakech complex, which was attended by celebrities from the world of entertainment, sports, business and politics, as well as Gims’ relatives and friends.
