Gims’ real estate project in Morocco endorsed by Moroccans living abroad
With 700 million dirhams already secured, Sunset Village in Marrakech, led by singer Gims, confirms the viability of its model. This commercial project would be endorsed by Moroccans living abroad.
The financial indicators revealed during the press conference are unequivocal. Out of a projected turnover of one billion dirhams, 70% is already locked in. The first phase was fully sold in less than two weeks, while the second phase has an 85% sell-through rate. This performance is based on a specific clientele: more than 50% of the buyers are Moroccans living abroad (MREs) and 25% are international, demanding profiles that validate the consortium’s reliability strategy.
This project is the result of the association between Horizon Morocco, composed of banking and real estate professionals, and GIMS, investor and artistic director. Based in Marrakech for twelve years, the artist oversees the architectural consistency of the complex located ten minutes from the Hivernage and the airport. The presentation of the show villa allowed to materialize the promised finishing standards, inspired by European norms.
The schedule is now set for the January 2026 deadline. This date will mark the launch of phase 3, called "Prime", with the sale of "Villa 117", GIMS’ personal residence, which will serve as the final argument for this development positioned at the crossroads of lifestyle and urban convenience.
