Rapper Gims Lists Luxury Marrakech Villa for $2,000 Per Night

Gims has decided to rent out the sumptuous villa he owns in Marrakech. How much does it cost to spend a night there?
The rapper had acquired a magnificent riad in Marrakech in 2017 to reside there part-time in a year. Former property of the Elaraki family, this villa named Demdem in tribute to his wife cost him 55 million DH (5 million euros). The house is now for rent.
Spending the night in the Demdem villa costs 21,000 DH (2,057 euros), according to the Séjour Maroc website. With more than 1,200 m² of living space, a 10,000 m² area and a 700 m² outdoor area and 5 bedrooms all equipped with a television, it can accommodate 10 people for a dream stay. The house has five bathrooms, a fitness room, a movie theater, a billiard table, a swimming pool and a ping-pong table. Vacationers can connect to the internet via wifi.
The former member of the Session d’Assaut group and his family divide their time between Paris and the ochre city.
