Ramadan TV Hit 'Kabbour' Filming Postponed Due to COVID-19 Restrictions

Covid-19 has not finished dictating its law by imposing postponement, suspension and cancellation on cultural, political, sports and religious events. Hassan El Fad has just announced the postponement of the filming of his capsules that were to be broadcast during the month of Ramadan on 2M.

The filming of several series and TV movies, including that of Kabbour, scheduled to be broadcast during the month of Ramadan on television, have been canceled. The state of health emergency declared on March 20 and which will theoretically end on April 20 is the main reason. "Kabbour was supposed to make his comeback during Ramadan 2020 on 2M, but because of Covid-19, the filming has been postponed," writes Hassan El Fad on his Instagram account.

It must be said that when the first case of coronavirus contamination was detected on March 2 in Morocco, the Moroccan Cinematographic Center (CCM) had not announced the cancellation of the shootings, but had just issued restrictions such as reducing the number of people on the set to 30. But with the spread of the virus and the cases of contamination that are counted by hundreds, the watchword has changed.
