Rabat-Salé Cable Car Project Proposed to Connect Moroccan Cities Across Bouregreg River

The two banks of the Bouregreg could soon be connected by air as well. The announcement was made by Kader Hassan, head of investments at Africa 50.
The platform plans to carry out a project to connect the two banks of the Bouregreg via a cable car. The Group is currently in the data collection phase, with a view to launching a preliminary feasibility study.
The announcement was made public during a meeting between the Mayor of Rabat and the representatives of Africa 50.
According to Huffpost, Mohammed Sadiki expressed his enthusiasm for this idea, which he will propose to the Rabat Council, the manager of the transport sector in the capital and its surroundings.
The site indicates that Africa 50 was created by the African Development Bank and has been based in Casablanca since 2014.
As for the Group, it is focused on high-impact national and regional projects, mainly in the energy and transport sectors.
