Qatar Airways Launches Direct Flights Between Doha and Marrakech

The airline Qatar Airways has just inaugurated a new direct line between Doha and Marrakech, according to a press release from the Regional Tourism Council (CRT) Marrakech-Safi.
This connection, operated four times a week, offers a new connectivity option for travelers between these two cities, particularly to the Gulf countries, China, Japan, South Korea and Australia.
To celebrate the launch of this new flight, the CRT Marrakech-Safi, in collaboration with the Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT) and the National Airports Office (ONDA), organized a special ceremony in honor of the passengers of the inaugural flight, on Friday, June 30 at Marrakech-Menara International Airport. Qatar Airways claims to want to offer a first-class travel experience on board its Boeing 787-8 aircraft, which can accommodate up to 232 passengers, including 22 Business Class seats.
During the first five months of the year, Marrakech recorded nearly 3.7 million tourist nights, an increase of 12% compared to the previous year. Similarly, Marrakech-Menara International Airport welcomed almost 2.7 million passengers, up 65% over the same period.
