PSG Star Hakimi’s Wife Considers Fraud Claim in High-Stakes Divorce Battle

In the process of divorcing Achraf Hakimi, Hiba Abouk is demanding 8 to 10 million euros. A fortune that the Moroccan defender of Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) would have accumulated during the marriage, according to the Spanish actress, and that he would have transferred in the name of his mother, Saïda. For this reason, she intends to file a fraud complaint against the player.
Accused of rape at the end of February, Achraf Hakimi was indicted by the French prosecutor’s office. The player denies the facts and his lawyer believes that he has been the victim of an attempted "extortion". But this case has triggered the divorce with Hiba Abouk, the wife of the Moroccan international, who was on vacation in Dubai with their two children at the time of the events. The Spanish actress is demanding 8 to 10 million euros, or half of the fortune that the footballer would have earned during the marriage and that he would have transferred in the name of his mother, Saïda.
Hiba Abouk would consider, following the advice of her lawyers in Paris, to file a complaint against Achraf Hakimi for fraud, in particular for mismanagement of the community of property, reports El Cierre Digital. The footballer would not have committed fraud with regard to the assets placed in the name of his mother during the validity of the marriage, but could be accused of fraud if it is proven that he has transferred assets in the name of his mother during the period of legal separation and the divorce proceedings.
In a recent statement, Achraf Hakimi’s mother indicated that she was not aware of her son’s financial movements. "I don’t know anything. If my son has taken measures to protect himself, I don’t know, but... What’s the problem if it were true? If my son doesn’t do it, he won’t be able to get rid of this woman," Saida said. After these controversial statements from his mother, Hakimi should agree to give Hiba Abouk half of the assets resulting from the marriage under the regime of the community of property, without even waiting for a legal procedure.
In any case, the transfer of assets in Saida’s name would not be a crime, according to the case law of the Supreme Court, but would generate a right to compensation in the process of civil liquidation of the community of property. Beyond this financial aspect, the two stars will also have to agree on the custody of their two children, Amin (3 years old) and Naim (1 year old).
