PSG Midfielder Kays Ruiz-Atil Set for Barcelona Return as Free Agent

As his contract with PSG is coming to an end on June 30, Kays Ruiz-Atil would be close to a return to FC Barcelona, his former club. The 18-year-old midfielder, who will officially be free of any contract on July 1, was unable to negotiate an extension of his contract with the Parisian leaders. Apart from Barça, the player launched in pro last season by Thomas Tuchel, has no worries, as he is being tracked by many French and foreign clubs.
Of all the clubs showing interest in the Franco-Moroccan player, FC Barcelona is the one he knows well for having grown up there from 2009 to 2015 before joining PSG. Kays Ruiz-Atil had left the club at the same time as several young people, when irregularities concerning the transfers of minor players had been noted.
On his Instagram account, the player filmed himself in Barcelona, without revealing the reasons for his presence. But the Italian journalist from Sky Sport, Matteo Moretto, seems to have his own idea on the matter. According to him, Kays Ruiz-Atil would be in the process of settling the last aspects of his transfer to Barça.
