Prominent Tangier Developer and Son Arrested in Alleged Real Estate Scam

A renowned real estate developer in Tangier and his son were taken into custody last Tuesday on the orders of the competent prosecutor, as part of an investigation into alleged fraud and fraud.
According to consistent sources, this arrest follows multiple complaints filed against the developer and his son, accusing them of having concluded real estate sales contracts without ever honoring their commitments. The transactions would not have been completed due to "legal and financial problems" affecting their real estate companies.
The developer’s son had already been arrested a few months earlier for issuing checks without provision. Released after regularizing the situation, he now finds himself alongside his father to answer the charges of fraud and fraud.
