Overloaded Van Bound for Morocco Crashes in Belgium, Spilling Luggage

Firefighters were mobilized for a traffic accident - involving a van heading to Morocco - that occurred at the Marcheur roundabout, in Bultia on the N5 (Charleroi).
The incident occurred during the night from Tuesday to Wednesday, June 15. The firefighters were alerted around 3 a.m. A van filled with luggage inside and on the roof with a trailer filled with other luggage had just climbed the Marcheur roundabout, in Bultia on the N5. "The trailer overturned, spilling the luggage it contained onto the road and into the industrial area, crushing part of the safety railing," reports La Dernière Heure.
It was impossible for the tow truck, with its 4-ton winch, to straighten the trailer. The van was overflowing with luggage destined for families in Morocco. It was filled with dishes, clothes, various objects, etc. The firefighters first emptied the trailer. Then they managed to cut its drawbar to be able to proceed. After that, the tow truck was able to load the trailer. Shortly afterwards, acquaintances came to help the private carrier. They loaded the luggage into four vans.
