Orange Alert: Morocco Braces for Heavy Thunderstorms in Multiple Provinces

The General Directorate of Meteorology (DGM) forecasts heavy thunderstorms and sometimes thunderstorms (orange alert level) between Saturday and Sunday in several Moroccan provinces.
Locally heavy and sometimes thundery showers are expected from Saturday at 6 p.m. to Sunday at 12 p.m. in the province of Aousserd, the DGM specifies in a special weather bulletin.
The same phenomenon will occur this Sunday, December 19 from 3:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. in the provinces of Tata, Assa-Zag, Es-Semara, Ouarzazate and Zagora, adds the same source.
