Neo Motors unveils the Dial-E, the first Moroccan electric vehicle approved in Europe

Neo Motors Morocco unveils the Dial-E, the first electric utility vehicle designed and assembled in Morocco and approved in Europe. This vehicle marks a revolution in the Moroccan automotive industry.

According to the manufacturer Neo Motors Morocco, this vehicle is the first Moroccan model to obtain full European homologation, placing the kingdom at the top of the world in terms of electric mobility. This first model of the new Neo Motors brand called E-NEO, entirely dedicated to light electric vehicles, is intended to be compact, practical and affordable.

The Dial-E, a name derived from the Darija word Diali ("mine"), is a vehicle dedicated to urban transport. It can reach a maximum speed of 85 km/h, has a range of about 150 km and a payload of 350 to 400 kg. Its optimized loading space meets the needs of logistics professionals, public services or tourist complexes. The Dial-E is sold at a price of 99,800 DH. With this affordable offer, the Moroccan manufacturer aims to revolutionize electric mobility in the kingdom while remaining competitive internationally.

The Dial-E is approved in Europe (category L7e-CU), a first in Africa. This certification attests that the vehicle meets the safety and performance standards required on the European market. For Neo Motors, this recognition marks an industrial and symbolic turning point. It proves Neo Motors’ ability to design and certify an all-Moroccan electric vehicle internationally.

"With the Dial-E, we are taking a strategic step: this is not just a vehicle, it is proof that Morocco can produce reliable and exportable electric models," explains Nassim Belkhayat, founder and CEO of Neo Motors Morocco. The marketing of the Dial-E will be launched on January 1, 2026.
