Mother Arrested in Meknes for Brutal Murder of 5-Year-Old Daughter

The facts occurred around midnight on Wednesday, when a young woman, whose age has not been revealed, committed a horrible crime on her 5-year-old daughter, inflicting violent blows to several parts of her body.

The little girl, victim of torment and torture, eventually died under the blows of the mother, who had strangled her, without however revealing the motives of her criminal and abominable act.

An investigation has been opened by the judicial police services of the city, under the supervision of the Public Prosecutor’s Office, in order to determine the exact circumstances of this infanticide.
