Morocco World Cup Stars Bounou and En-Nesyri Fly Home on Budget Airline
After an exceptional and historic journey at the 2022 Qatar World Cup, the Atlas Lions Yassine Bounou and Youssef En-Nesyri returned to Seville via a Ryanair low-cost flight. A lesson in humility.
While they could have used a private jet or taken a business class flight like many other players, Moroccan internationals Yassine Bounou and Youssef En-Nesyri took a Ryanair flight to return to Seville after their brilliant participation in the World Cup. With their teammates, these two players made football lovers dream throughout the 2022 World Cup.
The first African and Arab country to reach the semi-finals of a World Cup, Morocco was beaten by France (2-0) and Croatia (1-2) in the third-place match. A historic and laudable journey celebrated around the world.
