Morocco is the 16th most expensive team in the 2022 Qatar World Cup. This emerges from the ranking of the German website Transfermarkt, which evaluates the market values of professional players.
With a cumulative value of its players estimated at 236.8 million euros, Morocco is ranked 16th among the 32 teams qualified for the 2022 World Cup in Qatar. It outperforms its future opponent Canada (162.4 million euros, 21st). The value of the Moroccan international is estimated at 8.7 million euros. Right-back Achraf Hakimi (60 million euros/PSG) has the highest market value in the Moroccan squad, whose average age is 27.
England’s team (1.4 billion euros) is at the top. It narrowly outperforms Brazil (1 billion). The Portuguese team (904 million euros) completes the top 3.
