Morocco’s World Cup Qualifier Matches to Air on SNRT After FIFA Deal

The SNRT and FIFA have signed an agreement on the broadcasting rights of the Moroccan team’s matches in the 2022 World Cup qualifiers in Qatar. These matches start next month.
Thanks to this agreement, the SNRT will broadcast the six matches of the Moroccan team, at home and away, followed by the two World Cup qualification matches, the national channel said. The first match for the qualifiers is scheduled for September 2, 2021 at the Moulay Abdellah complex in Rabat and will pit Morocco against Sudan. Then, a match between Guinea and Morocco will take place in Conakry on September 6.
It should be noted that under the agreement signed with FIFA, the SNRT will be responsible for the terrestrial and satellite broadcasting of these matches, in order to allow Moroccans living abroad to follow these matches.
