Morocco Trains Over 800 Foreign Troops, Mostly from Sub-Saharan Africa

Thursday 21 November 2019, by Bladi.net

The Royal Armed Forces (FAR) have contributed to the training of more than 800 foreign soldiers since the beginning of the year.

This information was confirmed in Parliament by the Delegate Minister in charge of National Defense Administration, Abdellatif Loudiyi, reports maghreb-intelligence.

The minister also specifies that the vast majority of military officers who have benefited from these trainings come from sub-Saharan African countries.

It should be noted that Morocco, at the African and global level, is among the contributors to peacekeeping forces, particularly on the continent.
