US-Led Military Exercises Begin in Morocco with Royal Armed Forces and British Troops

Since April 29, and as part of the "Judicious Response" and "Epic Guardian 19" operations, elements of the Royal Armed Forces (FAR) and the British defense are conducting military exercises under the supervision of the US Army Corps.
Initiated by the United States Africa Command in the Agadir region, these operations will allow the US forces to lead military exercises in the presence of FAR elements and the British Ministry of Defense, reports The North Africa Post.
Created in 2007 by the US Department of Defense, the United States Africa Command coordinates all military and security activities on the African continent. Two exercises are held annually by the command, as part of strengthening strategic relations and cooperation with partner countries.
These two military operations have taken place separately in several African countries, including Ghana, Malawi, Cameroon, Djibouti, Cape Verde, the Seychelles and Burkina Faso. This is the second time the two exercises have been carried out in a combined manner on the African continent.
