Morocco U-23 Team Clinches Third Straight Win in Africa Cup of Nations

Led by coach Issame Charaï, the Moroccan under-23 national football team, has secured a third victory in the Africa Cup of Nations against Congo (1-0).
According to Charaï, this triumph in the group stage represents an important step for the rest of the tournament, congratulating his players for their determination to win the three matches of this phase. He saw, he said, a transformed team, ready to overcome the obstacles.
"Today, we saw another team that showed it is ready to take on the challenges. We saw new players who have shown themselves capable of managing the game," he said, noting that "all the players in the national team have the qualities required to be part of this squad."
For Charaï, the victories obtained were not easy, adding that the main objective of the team was to keep their goal intact and maintain a fighting spirit. Even after their qualification for the semi-finals, the team was able to keep the course by approaching the match against Congo seriously, in order to maintain their momentum.
