Morocco Suspends All International Flights Amid COVID-19 Concerns

The airline Royal Air Maroc has just announced the suspension of all flights starting this Monday, November 29, 2021 until December 13.
This latest measure taken by the national company follows the decision of the Moroccan authorities, who decided to close Morocco’s borders, in the face of the epidemiological dangers threatening Europe and Africa again, reports a RAM press release.
In an effort to preserve the achievements made by Morocco in the fight against the pandemic, "the inter-ministerial committee for monitoring Covid announces the suspension of all direct passenger flights, destined for the Kingdom of Morocco for two weeks, starting Monday, November 29, 2021 at 11:59 PM. So, starting Tuesday at midnight," said a note from the Ministry of Health.
In this difficult context, the company has taken steps to support its customers. Thus, for trips scheduled until January 31, 2022, the national company offers a refund without fees of tickets in the form of a credit valid for 12 months or in cash.
