Land registry registration fees are now payable by notaries via the electronic platform of the National Land Registry Agency. This measure was implemented on Tuesday, October 1st.
This will not only save time but also secure the registration process.
The delay in the processing of documents by the National Land Registry Agency generates many problems for notaries, but also for buyers.
These difficulties relate to protective seizures and pre-registrations affecting the titles under processing, which can sometimes take a week, according to L’Economiste.
