Morocco’s Stars in Transfer Turmoil: Regragui Watches as Aguerd, Ounahi, and En-Nesyri Face Uncertain Futures

The coach of the Moroccan national team, Walid Regragui, is closely monitoring the situation of Moroccan players who could change clubs during this summer transfer window.
According to Kooora, the coach of the Moroccan national team is particularly interested in Nayef Aguerd, Azzedine Ounahi and Youssef En-Nesyri, key players in the Atlas Lions’ system. Aguerd, the central defender of the Moroccan national team, is attracting interest from Juventus. The West Ham player has expressed his desire to leave the English club, after his return from Real Sociedad where he was on loan.
Regarding Ounahi, his club, Olympique de Marseille, has confirmed in a statement that they have received a serious offer from Spartak Moscow (Russia), denying rumors of proposals from Premier League clubs. Loaned last season to Panathinaikos (Greece), the midfielder is said to have declined the offer from the Moscow club, which has led OM to demote him to the reserve team. Regragui is concerned about the player’s situation, who would also be on the radar of the Turkish club Trabzonspor.
After a season at Fenerbahçe from Seville, the future of Youssef En-Nesyri is uncertain. The Moroccan striker’s contract with the Turkish club runs until the summer of 2029, and his market value is estimated at around 24 million euros. Since his arrival in the summer of 2024, the Atlas Lion has scored 30 goals and provided seven assists in 52 appearances.
