Regragui’s Concern: Brahim Diaz’s Real Madrid Future Hangs in Balance Amid Bayern and PSG Interest
Walid Regragui is closely following the news of the Atlas Lions who are expected to change clubs during this summer transfer window. The situation of Brahim Diaz, the Real Madrid striker, is particularly worrying the coach of the Moroccan national team, in preparation for the training camp next September.
Walid Regragui has contacted Diaz to inquire about his sporting situation and to provide him with moral support after his mixed participation in the last FIFA Club World Cup which took place in the United States.
The Atlas Lion was used as a substitute for three matches and did not have enough playing time during the competition. Regragui fears that this decrease in influence within the Madrid squad may negatively affect the mental and physical preparation of the young player.
Furthermore, Real Madrid is considering getting rid of the Moroccan striker and has even received offers from Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) who would like to acquire Diaz.
