After winning their battle against Senegal, the Atlas Lions face the Democratic Republic of Congo this Tuesday. Vahid Halilhodzic’s men are looking for a second victory.
The two friendly matches of Morocco are for the preparations for the next deadlines, including the qualifying phases for the next Africa Cup of Nations which resume in November. The Moroccan players had their last training session for this match against the DRC, on the pitch of the Moulay Abdellah complex on Monday evening. The national coach has called up the goalkeeper of the U20 selection, Taha Mourid, to boost the competition.
For its part, the DR Congo, which lost 3-0 to Burkina Faso on the pitch of the El Abdi stadium in El Jadida, will want to take on Morocco. The Congolese coach, who has been criticized since he took over the team, will try the impossible to restore his image.
