Morocco Seeks Friendly Match with Argentina, Federation President Reveals

Fouzi Lekjaa, President of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation, has mentioned the possibility of a friendly match between Morocco and Argentina in the near future.
This sporting event, which would surely delight the supporters of the two countries, could take place after the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations organized in Morocco.
Mr. Lekjaa confided to the Argentine site Olé the enthusiasm of the Moroccan public for the Albiceleste: "The Moroccan public is eager to see the Argentine team in Morocco, and I hope that the Argentine team and its supporters will visit our country to experience the football matches here."
The FRMF president also highlighted the passion of Moroccans for the round ball: "The Moroccan people love football and have a special relationship with this sport." Before adding: "I think that before the World Cup, we will have the opportunity to celebrate together with the Moroccan public and the Argentine people unique moments during the matches and enjoy the beauty of football."
