Morocco Seeks Crucial Win in World Cup Qualifier Against DR Congo

Currently in Kinshasa to face the Leopards of the DRC, for the first leg of the World Cup qualifying playoffs in Qatar, the Atlas Lions have the obligation to win to claim a qualification. No mistake will be allowed.
The stakes are high and the objective is clear. Put all the forces on your side to return from the DRC with a victory. This is the mission that the national team has set for itself, which is entering the fray this evening at 4pm at the Stade de l’Amitié in Kinshasa.
For the captain of the Lions, Romain Sais, the Moroccan players "are determined to bring the victory and nothing else". And to add: the national team has the ambition to "qualify for the World Cup and turn the page on the last CAN" whatever "the difficulty of the game".
For his part, Vahid Halilhodzic, declared that the heat and humidity will make the match difficult for both teams, "but we must adapt well to these conditions". "We came to Kinshasa to win and qualify for the World Cup. We are therefore well focused on the match," he specified.
