Morocco Seeks Crucial Win Against South Korea in Women’s World Cup Comeback Bid

Faced with a disappointing start after their heavy defeat against Germany, the Atlas Lionesses are getting back on track to prepare for their second confrontation, scheduled for Sunday against South Korea.
Aware of the importance of this match to stay in the competition, the Moroccans must absolutely win. Reynald Pedros, the national coach, plans to correct the weaknesses identified in the previous match to better prepare the confrontation with the Koreans, his priority being however to boost the morale of the group affected by the recent setback.
After their match against Germany, Pedros insisted that this defeat did not mark the end of the journey for his team. According to him, it is important to remain focused and prepare quickly for the two other upcoming matches. He also plans to work on the morale of his players before the match against South Korea. For its part, the Korean team, also beaten by Colombia, equally needs this victory.
The match is scheduled for Sunday at 5:30 a.m. Moroccan time, and 6:30 a.m. European time.
