Morocco Reshuffles 43% of Interior Ministry Officials in Major Transfer Operation

In total, 1,819 authority agents are affected by this transfer movement carried out in accordance with the royal high instructions. In a press release, the ministry indicates that the preparation of this movement required the implementation of the 360-degree integrated support and evaluation system, based on an approach allowing better valorization of human resources and greater objectivity in the evaluation of performance, and which places the citizen at the center of the performance evaluation operation.

This mechanism is based on field visits to the workplace of the authority agent, carried out by commissions responsible for meeting and supporting the authority agent and conducting oral interviews with representatives of the various stakeholders related to his professional environment, including hierarchical superiors, subordinates and local officials from the security and external services, explains the department of Abdelouafi Laftit.

These interviews also concern broad categories of citizens, including users, associative and economic actors and elected officials, specifies the same source, stating that during this year, which saw the generalization, for the first time, of the implementation of this system to all the provinces and prefectures of the kingdom, more than 700 authority agents (women and men) have benefited from it.
