Morocco Reports Record 66 COVID-19 Deaths in One Day, Total Fatalities Reach 3,572

Morocco recorded 66 deaths due to the coronavirus, bringing the number of people who have succumbed to Covid-19 to 3,572 since the start of the epidemic.
16 people died in Casablanca-Settat, including 14 in Greater Casablanca and 2 in Settat. It is followed by the Oriental region, which recorded 9 deaths in Oujda-Angad and 3 in Taourirt. Rabat - Salé-Kenitra and Souss-Massa each have 8 deaths. While the first region reports 3 deaths in Salé, 2 in Rabat, 1 in Skhirate-Témara, 1 in Kenitra and 1 in Sidi Kacem, the second records 4 deaths in Inezgane-Ait Melloul, 2 in Agadir-Ida-Ou-Tanane, 1 in Chtouka- Ait Baha and 1 in Tata.
In the Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceima region, 5 people died, including 2 in Larache, 1 in Al Hoceima, 1 in Tétouan, and 1 in Chefchaouen. Darâa-Tafilalet also reported 5 deaths with 4 in Errachidia and 1 in Midelt.
Marrakech-Safi, Beni Mellal-Khénifra and Fès - Meknès each have 4 deaths. While Marrakech has 3 deaths, Youssoufia has 1 death, 3 people have succumbed to the coronavirus in Khouribga and 1 in Azilal. As for the Fès-Meknès region, Meknès records 2 deaths, 1 in Taza and 1 in Fès.
