Morocco Reports 393 New COVID-19 Cases, Bringing Total to 14,215

A new very worrying report for this Sunday, July 5. Over the past 24 hours, 393 Covid-19 infections have been recorded in Morocco, according to the Minister of Health, bringing the total since the beginning of the epidemic in the kingdom to 14,215.

Situation of the coronavirus pandemic in Morocco
Here are the other figures to remember:
• 3 deaths were recorded. Total at 235. Fatality rate at 1.65%.
• 16,338 tests. Total at 765,580.
• 393 people under treatment. Total at 4,255.
• 396 new recoveries. Total at 9,725.
The majority of contaminations today were recorded in fish factories in the Safi region, so again in a professional environment. To try to limit the spread of the virus, the authorities have decided to quarantine the entire city, about 300,000 people.
