Morocco Reports 326 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Infections Rise to 17,562

Over the past 24 hours, some 326 new infections have been recorded in the kingdom, bringing the total to 17,562 since the start of the Covid-19 epidemic.
Here are the cases of contamination by region:
• Casablanca-Settat: +48
• Tangier-Tetouan-Al Hoceima: +181
• Marrakech-Safi: +15
• Fez-Meknes: +64
• Rabat-Salé-Kénitra: +5
• Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra: +3
• Oriental: +4
• Béni Mellal-Khénifra: +3
• Guelmim-Oued Noun: +1
• Souss-Massa: +1
• Dakhla-Oued Ed Dahab: +3
Here are the other figures to remember:
• 3 deaths since last night. Total at 276. Fatality rate of 1.57%
• 2,154 patients under treatment.
• 33 people in serious condition
• 211 new recoveries. Total at 15,132.
As at the end of each press conference, the ministry calls on Moroccans to respect the barrier gestures such as social distancing and wearing a mask.
