Morocco Reports 372 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Infections Rise to 11,279

The number of Covid-19 infections in Morocco has increased by 372 since yesterday, according to the Ministry of Health, bringing the total since the beginning of the epidemic to 11,279.
Here are the cases of coronavirus infections in each region:
. Tanger-Tétouan-Al Hoceïma: +132
. Rabat-Salé-Kénitra: +128
. Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra: +43
. Marrakech-Safi: +34
. Casablanca-Settat: +23
. Fès-Meknès: +7
. Béni Mellal-Khénifra: +5
. Drâa-Tafilalet: +1
Morocco has carried out some 8,254 Covid-19 tests since yesterday, for a total of 589,104.
In addition, the number of active cases has increased by 352, reaching 2,575 people in hospitals in the kingdom.
For a few days now, the kingdom has been experiencing a worrying increase in the number of infection clusters. After the Lalla Mimouna cluster in factories dedicated to berries, a cluster was recorded in the Renault factory in Tangier. The authorities also report contaminations in the south of the country affecting illegal migrants.
As usual, the Minister of Health calls on Moroccans to respect the rules of hygiene and health safety as well as the preventive measures taken by the Moroccan authorities by showing responsibility.
