Morocco Reports 109 New Covid-19 Cases, Total Rises to 11,986

The number of Covid-19 infections has been on the rise since last night in Morocco. Thus, 109 new cases have been reported, for a total of 11,986, according to the Ministry of Health.
Here are the regions that have been affected by coronavirus infections:
• Casablanca-Settat: +11
• Tanger Tetouan Al Hoceima: +46
• Rabat Salé Kenitra: +10
• Marrakech Safi: +19
• Fès-Méknès: +6
• Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra: +13
• Beni Mellal-Khénifra: +1
• Souss-Massa: +1
• Guelmim Oued Noun: +5
Here are the other figures for this Sunday, June 28:
• The number of recoveries stands at 8,730, 7 more since last night. The recovery rate is 72.83%.
• No deaths have been reported since yesterday. Since last March, Morocco has recorded 220 deaths from the virus.
• 102 people have been admitted to hospitals in the Kingdom for treatment, for a total of 3,036.
• 6,341 tests have been carried out since yesterday, for a total of 627,958.
As usual, the Minister of Health calls on Moroccans to respect the rules of hygiene and health safety as well as the preventive measures taken by the Moroccan authorities by showing responsibility.
