Morocco Reports 115 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Infections Rise to 15,194

115 people have been infected with covid-19 since last night in Morocco, the Ministry of Health just announced. In total, since last March, the coronavirus has affected 15,194 people in the kingdom.
Here are the details of the contaminations by region:
• Casablanca-Settat: +18
• Tanger Tetouan Al Hoceima: +17
• Marrakech Safi: +50
• Rabat Salé Kenitra: +4
• Fès-Meknès: +2
• Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra: +18
• Oriental: +1
• Beni Mellal-Khénifra: +2
• Guelmim Oued Noun: +4
Here are the other figures to remember:
• 1 death since last night. Total still at 243. Fatality rate at 1.6%.
• 5,439 tests. Total at 825,624.
• 3,246 people currently under treatment.
• 258 new recoveries. Total at 11,705.
The Ministry of Health calls on Moroccans to respect the rules of hygiene and health safety as well as the preventive measures taken by the authorities by showing responsibility and patriotism.
