Morocco Reports 136 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Infections Rise to 15,464

The number of covid-19 infections is increasing in Morocco, according to the Ministry of Health. Since the report on Friday afternoon, 136 new cases have been reported, for a total of 15,464.
Here are the details of the infections in the regions for this Saturday, July 11:
• Tanger Tetouan Al Hoceima: +37
• Casablanca Settat: +33
• Marrakech Safi 2739: +24
• Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra: +19
• Guelmim Oued Noun: +10
• Rabat Salé Kénitra: +3
• Fès Meknès: +2
• Oriental: +6
Here are the other figures to remember:
• 1 death since last night. Total at 244. Fatality rate at 1.58%.
• 6,581 tests. Total at 840,350.
• 3,325 people currently under treatment.
• 68 new recoveries. Total at 11,895.
The Ministry of Health calls on Moroccans to respect the rules of hygiene and health safety as well as the preventive measures taken by the authorities by showing responsibility and patriotism.
