Morocco Reports 1,230 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Surpasses 33,000

1,230 coronavirus infections were recorded this Sunday, August 9 in Morocco, according to the Ministry of Health, bringing the total number of Covid-19 cases to 33,237 since last March.

• Souss-Massa: +6
• Dakhla-Oued Ed Dahab: +5
Here are the other figures to remember:
• 18 deaths since last night. Total at 498.
• 21,103 tests. Total at 1,416,731.
• 1,157 new recoveries. Total at 23,347.
• 9,392 patients under treatment.
• 116 people in serious condition, including 46 intubated.
Yesterday, Saturday, August 8, Morocco experienced its worst day since the start of the epidemic with 1,345 coronavirus infections.
