Morocco Reports 180 New COVID-19 Recoveries, Nears 3,000 Total

This is good news that was announced yesterday by the Ministry of Health. 180 cases of recovery from the new coronavirus (Covid-19) were recorded. With the figures from Tuesday, May 12, the total number is approaching 3,000 since the beginning of the epidemic (2,991).
According to the Ministry of Health, no deaths were recorded during yesterday, specifying that the total number of deaths is 188 since the appearance of the first case, i.e. a fatality rate of 2.93% in the kingdom.
As at each press conference, the Director of Epidemiology and Disease Control at the Ministry of Health, Mohamed El Youbi, calls on Moroccans to strictly comply with the instructions issued by the authorities in order to hope to finally reduce the number of infections in the kingdom. For yesterday, the kingdom recorded 137 new cases for a total of 6,418.
