Morocco Reports 175 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Rises to 12,052

The number of coronavirus cases in Morocco has been increasing since the figures revealed this morning by the Ministry of Health. In 24 hours, 175 new Covid-19 infections were detected, bringing the total to 12,052.

• Rabat Salé Kenitra: +12
• Marrakech Safi: +19
• Fès-Meknès: +13
• Laâyoune-Sakia El Hamra: +43
• Oriental: +1
• Beni Mellal-Khénifra: +1
• Souss-Massa: +2
• Guelmim Oued Noun: +4
Here are the key points:
• One new death recorded. Total at 221. Fatality rate at 1.83%
• 12,526 tests. Total at 634,143
• 157 under treatment. Total at 3,091.
• 17 new recoveries. Total at 8,740.
As usual, the Ministry of Health calls on Moroccans to respect the measures taken by the Moroccan authorities by showing responsibility.
